I have to say, it's hard not to enjoy the Cheerios commercial that features this song. [I'm pretty sure it's been used on another commercial, too, but I can't quite remember]. Regardless, this cover of Macy Gray's classic is both sweet & sentimental. I loveBen Taylor's version of one of my favorite songs from the '90s. It's perfect for a Wedding.
I think this song would be lovely as processional music or for a first dance, although it may be a little slow.
