I was thrilled to see Drew Barrymore sporting this lovely accessory to the recent premiere of Grey Gardens [which, might I add, I am very excited to see].
This simple yet stunning veil works perfectly with her classic red lips and 1920s flapper-inspired dress.

She pulled off this look flawlessly, inspiring brides and fashionistas everywhere to experiment with veils whether or not they’re taking a trip down the aisle.
Perhaps you like the look but not enough to commit for your bridal style? I think this look would work perfectly for a pre-wedding celebration or a party.
Would you wear a birdcage veil for a non-wedding celebration?

my very stylish friend who got married last year wore a tea length dress and a birdcage veil. it was absolutely gorgeous. i hope the trend sticks around (and if it doesn't, who cares?, i'll still love it!)
drew's style is gorgeous lately.
hmm... i don't think i'd wear one, but i don't go to glamorous premieres. if i did...definitely.
Oh, I most certainly would! It is such the perfect look for her!
she looks amazing!
She looks fantastic! I wanted a birdcage for my wedding, but was so torn and opted for other options (which I mentioned in another comment.) So would I wear one for a non-wedding event? I'd love to since it would give me a chance to wear one after all!
I just adore this look and I completely agree: she pulls it off beauifully.
Drew is so beautiful, but this is an especially stunning look for her. She's gorgeous, a true Hollywood beauty. -e
