Drip, drip, drip...
This week's agenda is very full [so if I'm a sporadic blogger for the next little while please bare with me].
I have a new job [woot woot], new projects on the go, and new developments with C Star Events. I feel like I need to hit the ground running this week. Perhaps it's because we're losing an hour on Sunday; perhaps because it's almost Spring and I can feel it in my bones.
Drip, drip, drip...
. . .
With Spring in mind, I wanted to share the following DIY project from the fabulous resource Once Wed.
DIY Simple String and Moss Vases
Aren't these fantastic? I love daffodils. To me, the epitomise Spring. However, any spring flowers such as tulips, daisies, or orchids would be equally as pretty.
I think these rustic vases would be quite stunning in clusters as they are here on a wedding table top. They could also double as your favors: guests could each take one home.
. . .
Spring is under three weeks away and I couldn't be more excited.

I agree. Another reason to throw a party this spring.
I was just thinking about daffodils and I may start to force grow (or whatever you call it!) this week:) These are so pretty in those sweet containers.
Oh my gosh, those are so gorgeous! Fantastic party favor/decor idea! I love Spring & everything about it - esp. flowers like these. And congrats on the new job!
Yay for spring! And I love daffodils and moss, so this is certainly a very sweet pairing in my book.
Congrats to ya! All the very best in your new adventure.
I love this idea...Last week I Somehow found myself in wondering around the floral aisle at the local Micheal's with a bag of moss. :)
Thanks ladies! After my first day at my new job I'm quite excited/happy for the new challenge.
Brooke: I laughed out loud at your post. I find myself doing things like that all the time. Now you have something to do with your moss!
I totally agree, daffodils are the epitomy of spring!
soo excited for spring. You know, I don't see enough weddings using daffodils.
